Measuring Principle:

Digital laser distance meters (LDMs) primarily use the Time-of-Flight (TOF) or the Phase Shift measuring principle: they determine distance by precisely calculating the time it takes for a laser pulse to travel from the meter to the target and return, or by measuring the phase difference between the transmitted and reflected laser waves. This advanced method provides highly accurate and rapid distance measurement readings.
