All our Metrix+ brand products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We will provide a no-questions asked free replacement for any defective, broken or damaged products received, under the condition that you contact us about the defective product within 3 days of receipt of the product. If any product is claimed as defective after 3-day period, it will be dealt on case-to-case basis.
Incase you receive a damaged box from courier service and it damages the instrument inside, please report it immediately within 24hrs with picture of the box and order details to our email support@metrixplus.shop to process the return immediately.
No warranty is applicable on spares, accessories, probes, and other components, which depends on careful usage and maintenance. This warranty shall not apply to any instruments or other article which shall have been repaired or altered (including software altering via Calibration, Reset or any other functions) outside of Metrix+ Authorized Service Agency(currently only in Pune, India), or which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, incorrect repair by user or any installation or use not in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer, written in the instruction manual. Please read the instruction manual carefully before operating the instrument to avoid any irreparable and out-of-warranty damages (including hardware and software damages) to the instrument.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@metrixplus.shop. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 602, Kasba Peth, Pune 411 011, Maharashtra, India.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Repairing
After 12-month period, we provide lifetime repairing of all Metrix+ products at actual costs. In case of any repairing requests, please send the following to support@metrixplus.shop for verification purposes:
- purchase invoice with our brand and model number mentioned and
- photo/ video of the meter detailing the issue/ problem
Please note we will not entertain any support requests without verifying both of this information.
Once verified, we will inform further course of action, which may include sending the instrument to our service center, currently in Pune, for inspection. Only after physical inspection at our service center, we can provide further resolution.
Suggestions for increasing meters' lifetime
All our meters are electronic meters, and with it comes careful maintenance for prolonging lifetime.
- As they operate on batteries, please remove the batteries when the meter is not in use for a long time. Battery chemical leakage causing irreparable damage the PCB is the primary cause of meter damage, sometimes within 3 months, as low voltage and used batteries tend to leak more.
- Make sure to operate the meter within its operating temperature and humidity conditions.
- Make sure meter is not stored in a place with too much dust, moisture and dampness and water and dust can cause damage to electronic components.
- Its recommended to clean the meter and sensor with clean dry cloth at regular intervals.
- Most of the meters have sensors which are extremely sensitive to physical damage. Make sure to use them carefully and as per the manual. Forceful usage of sensors with unnecessary may cause permanent damage to the sensor, not covered under warranty.
- Meter and sensor are different parts of a product. Damaging the meter or the PCB inside it can still be repairable, but its usually not possible to repair the sensor, as its delicate part prone to more wear and tear. Careful usage and maintenance of sensor is highly recommended.
- Many products comes with their own set of specific maintenance rules, and hence its suggested to read the instructional manual carefully before using the product.
If you carefully use our products and follow necessary maintenance habits, there's no reason for our meters to be damaged automatically, except for natural wear and tear. Please contact us for any queries regarding to maintenance and we are always open to further suggestions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, within 3 day period, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
