Metrix+ Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer PAN-India shipping. Costs are calculated based on weight and your location at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available for select metro cities).
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5000
3. GST & Invoicing
As per Indian Tax Laws, all shipping charges are subject to 18% GST.
A formal GST Tax Invoice will be included with your shipment. If you require your company’s GSTIN mentioned on the invoice for Input Tax Credit (ITC), please provide your GST details at the time of checkout.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our courier partners.
5. Damages & Loss during Transit
Metrix+ takes extreme care in packaging high-precision instruments.
Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and take a photograph of the box and email us at support@metrixplus.shop with invoice and photograph to process an immediate return.
Reporting: Report any internal damage to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@metrixplus.shop with unboxing videos/photos to initiate a claim or replacement.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. For international inquiries, please contact us.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address with a contact person is required for delivery of technical equipment.
