We provide free demos at your site to verify if the product works with your sample (available currently in and around Pune).

We also provide video demo, where you can send sample to our office, and we verify its working either over video call or sending operation videos.

All our Metrix+ instruments carry 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

As most of our instruments are electronics and have PCBs, they are sensitive to rough use or accidental physical harm, battery leakage, using them outside the operating temperature and humidity and rated voltage/ current limits. Warranty only protects the instrument from manufacturing defect, not from rough use or misuse.

In case product is defective, we offer no-questions asked free replacement immediately (considering you inform us about the defect within 3 days of purchase).

In case product is not working properly after using it for some time, we offer support via video. If its not resolvable over video, we ask the instrument to be sent to our office for further inspection. There might be repairing or replacement charges as applicable.

There is no warranty for consumables, spares and probes, as their conditions depends on careful usage. Probes and sensors can be damaged in a short time after rough use, so please use all sensors and probes carefully and follow due maintenance as mentioned in the manual. Normal wear and tear might affect sensor lifetime, and our meters can run for years if used and maintained properly.

We cannot offer support if any of these is missing in the email. Invoice with generic product name cannot be verified. In case you've bought Metrix+ from our offline partners, please ask them to mention brand Metrix+ and model number in the invoice.
