Measuring Principle:

Digital multimeters (DMMs) work by converting the electrical quantity (voltage, current, or resistance) being measured into a proportional analog voltage, which is then processed by an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) to display a precise numerical reading. They use shunt resistors to measure current and voltage dividers to measure high voltage, all routed through this core ADC principle.
